ACE2019 registration is now open!

Welcome to the ACE2019 Annual Meeting registration information page! Below, you’ll find all the information you need to register for ACE2019, the special events featured this year, and our partner association meetings. Here you can find our registration deadlines and pricing information for members, nonmembers, program participants, and spouses and partners.

    Registration allows access to all Annual Meeting events except the Women’s State Network Conference and Dinner. Spouses/partners of presidents, chancellors, or CAOs may attend Sunday President/Chancellor Caucus events. These events are closed to all other spouses/partners.

    Participants of the following programs receive a 15% discount. A priority code is required to receive the discounted price. Priority codes will be emailed to current program participants by ACE program leaders. Please note that priority codes cannot be applied to a final registration, so please register before February 14, 2019.

American Council on Education Membership

Members of ACE receive a discounted rate to attend the 100th Annual Meeting. You will be asked to find your organization in a drop-down menu once you begin your registration. You can also check your organization’s membership status on the ACE website with the Membership Directory

Former ACE Employees

ACE is providing former employees a 50% discount to register for the 101st Annual Meeting. To receive more information, please email annualmeeting@acenet.edu to confirm your eligibility and obtain your discount code.

  • Master Classes (Pre-Meeting) (Saturday, March 9, 2019)
    Three Master Classes will be available for registration.
    • Member: $285
    • Nonmember: $325

  • ACE Women’s Network State Chairs’ Leadership Conference (includes a ticket to the Women’s Leadership Dinner)
    • Saturday and Sunday, March 9-10: Early Bird ($250), Advanced ($275), Final ($300)
      You can register through the Annual Meeting registration page with the appropriate priority code. This conference is exclusive to representatives of an ACE Women’s Network state network.   • Women’s Leadership Dinner only
    • Saturday, March 9 (Tickets are not available onsite, so please purchase in advance): $125

  • Council of Fellows Weekend

Solutions Hub (Exhibit Hall) Only Passes

Attendees who are interested in only attending the Solutions Hub activities and networking with exhibitors will now have the chance to do so! Solutions Hub Only passes are now available for Sunday and Monday of the Annual Meeting for Early Bird ($200), Advanced ($220), or Final ($240). Solutions Hub Only pass holders will be able to attend on Sunday and Monday of the conference. The pass for each day would provide access to all the activities taking place in the Exhibit Hall.

National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher Education (NAPAHE) Annual Conference

Friday, March 8, 2019 – Sunday, March 10, 2019

  • NAPAHE Annual Meeting (NAPAHE member)—$425
  • NAPAHE Annual Meeting (NAPAHE nonmember)—$475

NAPAHE Annual Conference Attendees who also register for the ACE Annual Meeting receive a 20% discount:

  • NAPAHE Member also attending ACE Annual Meeting Early Bird Registration $1100, Advanced Registration $1,160, Final Registration $1,280
  • NAPAHE Non-Member also attending ACE Annual Meeting Early Bird Registration $1150, Advanced Registration $1,210, Final Registration $1330

National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) Annual Conference

Wednesday, March 6 – Saturday, March 9, 2019

Register for the NADOHE Annual Conference at NADOHE’s registration site. Attendees who register for both the NADOHE Annual Conference and the ACE Annual Meeting will receive a 20% discount for both meetings.

  • ACE Annual Meeting Pricing for NADOHE Member and NADOHE Nonmember Early Bird Registration ($800), Advanced Registration ($860), and Final Registration ($980)

Forms of Payment

The accepted forms of payment for registration are credit card and check. You may register online starting September 17, 2018 and pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard) or pay by check. Please note: Purchase orders are not accepted as payment.

There must be an online registration completed before a check can be accepted. Checks must indicate names of participants. Any check received without names will be returned with a request for clarification. Please make your check payable to American Council on Education, complete your online registration form, and mail the check to:

Checks must be submitted and received 20 days after registration is completed. All checks must be postmarked and received by no later than Friday, March 1, 2019. If check payment is not received, registration status will be automatically cancelled. Wire Transfers

Wire transfers will be accepted for registrations outside of the United States. For more information, please contact ACE and email annualmeeting@acenet.edu.

Registration Confirmations

If you register online with a credit card, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If you choose “Pay by Check,” you will receive a pending registration message. You will receive a registration confirmation after the payment check is received and processed.


Please request accessibility services when you register. When making hotel reservations, be sure to communicate your needs in the “Room Type Requested.” ACE wishes to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently from other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. If you are in need of auxiliary aids or services, please contact us at annualmeeting@acenet.edu.


Modifications to event registration may be made online at any time.

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitute permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with substitute as well as updating any contact information onsite at registration.

You may register onsite at the ACE Registration Desk beginning on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. Onsite registration fees will apply. Individuals registering onsite must pay the registration fee by cash or credit card; American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover are accepted. Checks will not be accepted onsite.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after February 8, 2019, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Cancellation requests may be submitted to Streampoint Solutions via email at ACE2019Registration@streampoint.com; please include “ACE2019 Cancellation” in the subject line. Credit cards will be refunded within 30 days of the request. Check refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request.
