    • Exhibitor ribbon provided to all company representatives registered for ACE2019.
    • General 24-hour security guard service for the Solutions Hub.

    Contracted exhibit booth space does not include shipping, material handling, labor, sign hanging, specialty furniture, specialty carpet, equipment rental, lead retrieval, booth cleaning, booth electricity, utilities, or Internet service. These services may be ordered through the ACE2019 Exhibitor Service Kit, provided by Global Experience Specialists (GES), ACE’s official service contractor.

    Deadline for Booth Reservation and Payment: Friday, January 4, 2019

    If exhibit space remains available following the booth reservation date, ACE will continue to sell space on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit booths reserved after January 4, 2019 are subject to payment in full at time of reservation.

    Guidelines

    ACE requires a nonrefundable deposit of 50 percent of the total booth cost with the submission of the exhibitor contract and reservation form; the balance is due by January 4, 2019. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority going to ACE2019 sponsors, ACE Corporate/Institutional Members, and renewing exhibitors. ACE will make every effort to provide exhibitors with their first choice. However, if this is not possible, we will assign a proximate or equivalent space.

  • The ACE2019 Solutions Hub (exhibit hall) opens on March 10, 2019, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown in Franklin Hall. Solutions Hub hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between Annual Meeting attendees and exhibitors.

    All exhibits shall remain in place until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2019. Failure to do so will result in additional charges at the exhibitor’s expense to dismantle and ship exhibition materials. Dismantling of exhibits will take place on Monday, March 11 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
