- Complimentary Annual Meeting registration: Engage participants during the entire conference, not just in the Exhibit Hall. Includes tickets for the Opening Reception and two luncheon sessions.
- Pre-conference and onsite visibility: Listing in the Annual Meeting Preliminary Program and a full description of your company in the Annual Meeting Final Program, as well as prominent signage for sponsors.
- Free ACE Annual Meeting graphics to use in your marketing materials. (Usage must be approved by ACE in advance.)
- Online visibility: Complimentary listing and 50-word description on the ACE website, with a direct link to your company’s website.
- Expanded market reach: A complimentary mailing list of pre-registered attendees one month before the meeting and a complimentary list of all attendees following the meeting, upon request.
- Four staff badges for access to the Executive Campus: Meet prospective clients during open Exhibit Hall hours or during the opening reception and coffee breaks.
- Discounted advertising: Reduced rates for advertising in the Annual Meeting Final Program and in ACE’s member magazine, The Presidency.
